Connecting with kids

At Wincon, we think it's important to contribute to the communities we serve. That's why all our employees are encouraged to volunteer their time where it's needed most: with kids who may be at risk of committing crimes.

Working in partnership with several youth organizations, Wincon's Community Outreach Unit is helping reduce crime and enhance a sense of positive community. Trained security personnel visit local schools, daycare centres, churches and community centres, where they work with youth and children in a group setting, offering ideas and options to help them make positive choices that will lead to brighter futures.

By taking the time to invest in our communities, we make them better places to live and work – and that makes life better for everyone.
