When you walk into a condo building, the security concierge is the first person you encounter – and the last person you see when you leave. Our concierge personnel are always aware of the comings and goings of residents and guests – but they’re also unfailingly professional, friendly, tactful and discreet.

Wincon concierges are fully trained on all building lifesaving and safety equipment, and are equipped to handle emergency situations swiftly and appropriately. They receive the same extensive training as Wincon security guards, plus specialized residential training that includes building evacuation procedures, mechanical systems operation, and interaction with emergency first responders.
